Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how returns and refunds work at Ena Pharmacy.
Medicines & pharmacy items
For safety and in line with Ghanaian pharmacy regulations, dispensed medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy — unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of collection with your order number and we will put it right — replacement or refund.
How to raise a return
Open your order (scan the QR on your confirmation or use View order details) and send us a message about it, or call the pharmacy. We reply within one business day.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your Mobile Money wallet, usually within 1–3 business days of us confirming the return.
